You can activate it through the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and it offers five levels of security based on the spam score given to each and every email message in accordance with various parameters, such as the frequency of given words and phrases, the sender, and so on. If you keep receiving junk messages, you can always raise the level or if you’re scared that you may omit an authentic email message, you can mix the automated email filter with a custom one and forward all email messages from a particular sender to some other mailbox. If you decide that you no longer need anti-spam protection for a particular email account, you can disable it with no more than a couple of mouse clicks.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you use one of our semi-dedicated hosting, you won’t have to worry about unsolicited bulk email messages occupying your mailboxes every now and then, as you can resort to the popular SpamAssassin email filter that we provide with each and every semi-dedicated hosting account. Our in-house developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel will allow you to enable the filter for any mailbox with a couple of clicks of the mouse and you can select any of the five levels of security – from very high to very low. The level can be altered at any time if, for instance, genuine emails get filtered, or if junk emails go through and appear in your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered messages to be re-sent to a special email account such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. Thus, you can check them from time to time to make sure that you have not omitted a genuine email.
