Your VPS will be added to our custom monitoring software system and if ever there is a sign of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be warned immediately.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your data is highly recommended – you never know when something could go wrong. And having signed for the Administration Services offer, you will enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to set up or configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies will be placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. As a result your content will always be secure, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your VPS to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & configure particular software applications on it. And if this may sound like something too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Administration Services package, is the perfect thing for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our well–trained sysadmins who will install and configure any software or fix any problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. With the KVM Linux VPS Packages, it is an optional feature.
