Q: How much time will it take for my site to be transferred over to your platform?
A: We try to carry out all website migrations as fast as possible. Even so, we don’t have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are certain variables that you have to take into account – the very size of your site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to accomplish each migration within 48 hours. With less sizeable websites, our staff typically manages to finish in under 24 hours.

After that, we will explain to you how to move the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS resource records.

Q: Will my old hosting provider have to do anything?
A: No. We will never contact your web hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

Q: Which web hosting platforms do you support?
A: Yeah. We support all standard Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site creation and administration user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
